Ber [7]

Answer:

-improved posture

Explanation:

Stretching is a form of physical activity that leads to improvements in flexibility, circulation and posture. In stretching, muscles are flexed and relaxed in several specific methods; these include

 • Dynamic stretches, where motion allowing for the expansion of muscles for a limited period, are carried out. This is usually part of a pre-workout, warm-up routine.
 • Static, where a stretch is held in place for up to 30 second-intervals. These positions are typically very comfortable. This is usually part of a post-workout, cool-down routine.

If i wanted to workout what would be the best full body workout in the morning?
balu736 [363]

Answer:

There is 2 sides to doing a full body workout in the morning. One would be that it would be the best because it would wake you and ur body up and make you ready for your day and feel more energetic and more accomplished. However the other side is no because it does have the risk of you possibly of you getting a injury because you might do the workout before having something to eat which might make you feel sick and could have the possibility of you tear or pulling a ligament if you don't stretch.
