What is the total perimeter of the pitch and seating area?
natima [27]
1m = 100 cm

so
40 m = 4,000 cm
25 m = 2,500 cm
10 m = 1,000 cm

perimeter of big rectangle = 2(4,000 + 2000) = 12,000 cm
perimeter of small rectangle on the left: 2(2,500 + 800) = 6,600 cm
perimeter of small rectangle on the right: 2(1,000 + 800) = 3,600 cm
perimeter of circle = πd = 3.141593 x 200 = 628.32 cm

total area of the pitch and seating area :
= 12,000 + 6,600 + 3,600 + 628.32 = 22,828.32 cm

answer

The rate of change for the graph would be the last option, 35. If you follow rise over run, you end up with a rise of 35 and a run of 1, or 35/1 which simplifies to 35.

Julie wants to make handmade Valentine's she buys 1/2 yard of red ribbon and 3/4 yard of pink if each Valentine's 1/8 yards how
GuDViN [60]

Answer:

She can make 4 Red Cards and 6 Pink Cards

Step-by-step explanation:

You need to find a common denominator

So if you have 1/2 a yard of red ribbon and you need 1/8 yards of ribbon to make a card - You would do 1/2 times 4 (1x4=4 || 4x2=) = 4/8

And the same for the Red Ribbon

3/4 - (3x2=6 || 4x2=8) = 6/8

Can someone help me Simplify: –(–x + 1)
VikaD [51]
Since we have a negative on the outside of the parenthesis, we can just say that this is -1. So now we have -1(-x + 1). when multiply a negative by a negative it cancels out into a positive. and multiplying a negative with a positive will give you a negative. So now we have x - 1.
