The second step is that RNA polymerase binds onto the strand. Then the third step is that the messenger RNA is ordered to go out of the nucleus into the cytoplasm to a ribosome. ANd the final step is the the ribosomes <span>then take the mRNA and translate it into amino acids. That is how it is translated</span>
