Answer with Explanation:
The early people adapted to their new environments in many ways.
During those days, people started putting a lot of effort in order for them to adapt to their environment. For example, in the Neolitihic Era, people realized to stop moving from one place to another and just "settle in one place."
Before this, they already started building fires in order to protect them from harsh weather and climate and serve as a means to cook their food. They also made clothes made of fur, grass, leaves, etc. and wrap them around to serve as protection. When they started living in communities, that is settling down in one place, they experienced an incredible change.
One major change was seen on how they brought water from a natural source to an area without a reliable source (irrigation). In this case, the early people were able to provide water to the different areas that were distant from the natural water supply. This can be seen in the early civilization of Mesopotamia, where people dug trenches in order to serve water to other areas.
