Also, a sustainable practice they are doing is to plant 24,000,000 seeds to limit the amount of carbon dioxide it gives off.

Affectual awareness is a therapy where the patient visualizes sexual scenes for him/her to discover negative emotions like anxiety and vulnerability when it comes to sex.

Self-Instruction Training is a coping skills training, which the patient will have to learn replace negative statements during sex.</span>
