Answer: Deforestation is bad for mother nature. The reason for this is because deforestation is cutting down trees and in that way we are destroying mother nature's gifts to us.

The loss of trees and other vegetation can cause climate change, desertification, soil erosion, fewer crops, flooding, increased greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, and severe problems for indigenous people. Some deforestation is caused by a combination of human and natural factors like, wildfires and overgrazing, which may prevent the growth of young trees.

Explain why a natural ecosystem is both an open system and a closed system.
kotykmax [81]

Why is the phosphorus cycle not considered as a real cycle?
gavmur [86]

The phosphorous cycle is not considered a true cycle because unlike the others such as the water, carbon, nitrogen and sulphur cycles,  it does not include a gas phase, although small amounts of phosphoric acid may make their way into the atmosphere contributing , in some cases, to acid rain.

Very little phosphorous circulates in the atmosphere because at Earth's normal temperatures and pressures, phosphorous and its various compounds are not gases. The largest reservoir of phosphorous is in sedimentary rock.

What are volume and density ?how do they relate to each other?
arlik [135]

The SI unit for density is kilograms per cubic meter. However, often grams per cubic centimeter or grams per milliliter, which are equal (1 cubic centimeter = i milliliter), is used. In order to find the density of a substance, you divide its mass by its volume.
