If the food you are eating shows that it is high in fat, salt, and sugars, then it is not a healthy food to eat. Foods that are high in cholesterol, saturated fat, sugar, and salt causes chronic diseases and obesity. It is wise to avoid them completely. However, if the food is rich in vitamins, minerals, and protein, and it is low in cholesterol and saturated fat, then it is highly nutritious.
