There are many ways.

Explanation:

1. You can try explaining to him what happened and see if he'll change his mind and apolgize. (imo not very effective, but may vary)

2. Block him on everything and just ignore him. And live the rest of your life carefree, without worrying about him.

3. You can do a restraining order, but I don't think that would be nessasary.
