23.5 million Americans are addicted to drugs and partake in drug abuse. Drug abuse can have an extremely negative impact on lives and families. The sad part is the one who does drugs not only affects them but can hurt others around them. I believe that drug abuse is wrong because it can tear apart families, kill the user, and destroy your senses.

When someone gets eager for something their heart races and they often breathe faster thus causing panting. The repetition of the word happy with the /h/ sound also creates a panting sound within the poem.
