No because if you divided 5 by 100 you would get 20 so 1/5 would be .20 and if you multiply that by 3 the decimal would be .60. So, 3/5 is equal to .60. And .35 in fraction form would be 7/20 because you would put 35 over 100 in fraction form which would be 35/100 then you would simplify that to get 7/20. I hope this helped!!
