What parts of muscle contraction are missing from the model? Describe why these parts are important to the muscle contraction pr
Yuki888 [10]

Explanation:

The model only shows the sensory pathway of the reflex arc and does not show the motor pathway.  The neuron loop / circuit is incomplete and therefore it does not show how Zoe would react to the nail in her leg.

When the sensory pathway carries the signal to the brain about the pain in the leg, the brain process the information and sends feedback to the muscles through motor neurons ‘telling’ the muscles how to react. The motors' neuron causes the muscle to contract in such a way that the leg moves away from the nail.

a person's____will be the same on Jupiter and earth, a person's_____will be greater on Jupiter than on earth.
NemiM [27]

Answer:

A person's mass will be the same on Jupiter and Earth, a person's weight will be greater on Jupiter than on Earth.

Explanation:

Mass is universal, meaning it can't change, but weight is used to measure how heavy something is, so, on a planet like Jupiter, since the gravity is more, you'll weigh more there.

Parkinson's I guess would inhibit parts of the synapses which produce or receive neurotransmitter substances such as dopamine or acetylcholine which are required to produces as EPSP excitatory post synaptic potential which is required for the propagation of nerve signals. so signals cant reach the conscious muscles as effectively causing the involuntary shaking of the muscles in people with Parkinson's

hope that helps
