Answer:

If this is opinion based, just go with what you believe in. I think that it really depends on the crime. If they really committed such a big crime, then I think they may need mental health help more than they need a punishment.

I don’t believe that, they should be sent to a mental institution or something but the death sentence it’s way too harsh especially if it’s just a kid.
