<u>Answer:</u>

The answer is $249.60

<u>Step-by-step explanation:</u>

This is a simple question. Firstly you will take the total cost and multiply it by 0.22. The answer to this is 70.4. Take that and subtract it from the total cost because 70 is the discount price. Once subtracted you will get 249.6. In conclusion, the sale price of the item is $249.60.

P.S. I hope this answer helped you in some way or another. If you have any questions you can ask them to me and I will be happy to help you out. I also wanted to add that I have a channel called The Game Rater or soon to be Nitro Studios (based on when you see this). I would really appreciate it if you could check out my channel. If not, I hope this answer helped you and I still appreciate you reading this side note. Thank you.

On Friday, Oscar sold 2 pitchers of lemon are from his lemonade stand. On Saturday, he sold 1/2 as much lemonade as on Friday. H
Ann [662]

Answer:

The correct answer is 1 pitcher.

Step-by-step explanation:

Oscar sold 2 pitchers of lemon are from his lemonade stand on Friday.

On Saturday, he sold \frac{1}{2} as much lemonade as on Friday.

The number of pitchers of lemon from the lemonade stand which Oscar sold on Saturday is given by \frac{1}{2} × 2 = 1 pitcher.

Thus Oscar sold 1 pitcher on Saturday which is half of the number of pitchers of lemon he could sell on Friday.

What is the monomial if a square of a monomial is:1 9/16 a12b6
san4es73 [151]

Answer:

1\dfrac{1}{4}a^6b^3

Step-by-step explanation:

A square of a monomial is 1\dfrac{9}{16}a^{12}b^6 that is \dfrac{25}{16}a^{12}b^{6}

Use properties of exponents:

(a^m)^n=a^{mn}\\ \\\dfrac{a^m}{b^m}=\left(\dfrac{a}{b}\right)^m\\ \\a^mb^m=(ab)^m

Note that

\dfrac{25}{16}=\dfrac{5^2}{4^2}=\left(\dfrac{5}{4}\right)^2\\ \\a^{12}=a^{6\cdot 2}=(a^6)^2\\ \\b^6=b^{3\cdot 2}=(b^3)^2

Then

\dfrac{25}{16}a^{12}b^{6}=\left(\dfrac{5}{4}\right)^2\cdot (a^6)^2\cdot (b^{3})^2=\left(\dfrac{5}{4}a^6b^3\right)^2

So, the monomial is

\dfrac{5}{4}a^6b^3=1\dfrac{1}{4}a^6b^3
