a. The Y axis represents Dogs Groomed (The amount of dogs that were groomed). The X axis represents Hours worked (The amount of hours Mia worked).

b. Mia groomed 8 dogs in 4 hours. I know this because every hour, 2 dogs get groomed based on this graph.
