Answer: Analyzing the rites and rituals they have and how they may or may not contribute to discrimination.

Explanation: The rites and rituals of an organization determine its culture. It is important that these can be modified so that they can be more inclusive. Discrimination occurs when a person who differs in rathe ce, color, or sexual preference from other employees at the site is not accepted.

Organizations must create a culture of acceptance, where all staff are taken into account and that the performance of that employee is rewarded, rather than taking it into account by their skin color or origin.

Isn't it surprising at how little fresh water there is compared to salt water? Why or why not?
Butoxors [25]

Answer:

Yes, I found it surprising.

Explanation:

Currently, only around 3.5 % of water that exist on the world's surface is fresh water, While Salt water make up the remaining 96% .

The reasons why most people were not aware of this information is probably because the rate of encounters. We almost never encounter salt water unless we're going to the beach. But we consume fresh water every single day. This created a false perception in people's head that make them think we possess more fresh water than we actually do.

If we consider how big ocean is on the world surface, this ratio shouldn't come as a surprise.. If you take a look at a map , you'll notice that around 71% of Earth surface is covered in ocean. Considering that oceans are deeper compared to lakes and rivers, it explains that saline water probably consisted more than 95% of earth's water reserves.

Which is an example of a situation where deferential vulnerability might be a factor?
alexandr1967 [171]
A physician recruiting his patients

In deferential vulnerability the authority over the prospective subject is due to informal power relationships rather than formal hierarchies. The power relationship may be based on gender, race, or class inequalities, or they can be inequalities in knowledge (such as in the doctor-patient relationship). Like institutional vulnerability, deferential vulnerability increases the risk of harm that informed consent would be compromised because it is not fully voluntary.
