Ibn Battuta traveled about 117,000 km in the old world, being considered a great explorer of the medieval world. This made him someone full of experiences, knowledge and stories to tell. Ib Battuta's travels allowed him to get to know different cultures and to become very wise, by absorbing completely different concepts and related to realities that he would never know in his homeland. In his travels, he visited Central Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, China and the Iberian Peninsula.
