The first thing you do is take a couple deep breaths. Then you go to him and tell him that you are having those kind of thoughts and want some professional help like counseling and he might be sad but you need to tell him this. This is important. I have a friend that has told me this kind of stuff not exactly but it was close and I told her I didn't want to lose a friend to that kind of stuff. So I am telling you the same thing. Just get it over with. It is ok for him to be sad ok? Just tell him. Rip it off like a band-aid. Ok? Take my advice. My friend has a couple people who are telling her to kill herself I know it is not the same but, she is in counseling and it helps her and please, please, please just take my advice. You won't regret it. Ok? Please do that.
