Good fresh food practice means trying to avoid packaged food
as much as possible. A person should always try to consume locally produced
vegetables and fresh meat. Avoiding foods from cold storages can be highly
beneficial and healthy for any person. The food should be washed very well
before being consumed. Avoiding oily foods can keep a person very healthy. Consuming
boiled food can be a very healthy eating habit. Packaged foods are often not
fresh but they are either being kept chemically fit for use or are kept in
freezing temperature, but their nutrient value decreases highly.

Chiaroscuro means light-dark in
Italian. It is an art method where strong contradiction between light and dark
is used. It showcases effect of contrasted light and shadow made by light
falling unevenly. The technique has already being used by ancient Greek and Roman artists.
