The best way to help them is to have an organization that will be of assistance to those who are in need and provide them the needs that will help them live a healthy and normal life in the community. Another thing is abuse, any forms of abuse. The cause of this is likely because of people who are under influence of alcohol and drugs and that they usually have the character of having to abuse other people around them. This will likely cause the person that is hurt to be in pain and that it will affect them not only physically but also mentally and psychologically. The best way to help them is to report those people who became a threat and help those who are abused.
