Answer:

The term Dual Federalism refers to the political system through which a federalism is established where both the Federal State and the local States divide powers and limit each other with respect to their functions, each exercising their own and without getting involved in the other's.

For its part, the term Cooperative Federalism refers to the federalist political system by which the Federal State and the local States have a differentiation in terms of their levels of performance, but not in terms of their tasks, with which they cooperate with each other to compliance with government objectives.

Personally, I believe that cooperative federalism is more effective, as both spheres of government deal with similar issues, and control each other through a co-participatory and non-restrictive regime as in the case of dual federalism.

Rudik [331]
True.

"Hughes patented the technology in 1909 and, with partner Walter Sharp, formed the Houston-based Sharp-Hughes Tool Company to manufacture the bit. After Sharp died in 1912, Hughes bought his interest in the company. When he in turn passed away in 1924, Howard Jr., an only child whose mother had died two years earlier, inherited the thriving company and became a millionaire."

NNADVOKAT [17]

Answer:

Push factors may include conflict, drought, famine, or extreme religious activity. Poor economic activity and lack of job opportunities are also strong push factors for migration. Better economic opportunities, more jobs, and the promise of a better life often pull people into new locations.

What changes in political parties took place in the 1840s and 1850s
AleksAgata [21]

The slavery issue changed political parties. The Whig Party collapsed, divided between anti slavery Northerners and proslavery Southerners. With this split, a Democrat won the 1852 campaign for president. Some Whigs joined the new American party.
