Answer:

Malnutrition is a condition occurred due to a lack of nutritious food and resulting in starvation. It can take place due to a diet without essential nutrition such as protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, lipids, minerals, and other required nutrients. If the diet has too much particular nutrients it can also cause diseases such as coronary heart disease and obesity due to excess fat intake.

Malnutrition is the effect of incorrect amounts of the correct types of food on the health

1. starvation-

Lack of nutrients or not enough nutrients to survive and insufficient energy to perform cellular functions.

2. constipation - lack of fibre or water intake in a diet, that results in the speed of food along the intestines slow down, absorb water completely and result in drier stool and discomfort.

3. Coronary heart disease-  Eating too many fats causes plaques to form in arteries and block the artery and develop angina and a heart attack

4. obesity- too much food especially fat and sugar leads to their storage as fat, causing obesity.

5. scurvy- vitamin C (citrus fruit) deficiency and results in bleeding gums.
