I think people should put opportunities out for children who are stuck in places called the ghetto or in poor situations where they turn to crime I think they should put sports and classes to help children find a way out of those places so they don't have to choose crime to make money or to make a living for themselves and their family and also more rules to people who assault others Rob others beat others hurt others and if you get the idea etc they should be places where kids could feel safe so then you could stop the growth of feeling unsafe and having to make others feel and safe and things like that if you get my drift
