Answer:

In October of 43 BCE Lepidus and Antony met Octavian near Bononia to form a triumvirate - a Constitutional Commission - with power similar to that of a consul. While regular daily functions of the government would continue as usual, their sole purpose was to restore stability to the Republic.

Ways in which social media shape long-term relationships among youth
Naya [18.7K]
Social media can

-support long-distance relationships: right now many people maintain relationships that in the time before social media would fall apart
-increase expectations (they make us used to replies fast) and they can make us less pacient in personal meetings, which is detrimental to relationships
-they make us have more friends, but in a more superficial way

Which type of roadway did North Carolina construct nearly five hundred miles of between the 1830s and 1860s?
g100num [7]

The correct answer is; Plank.

Further Explanation:

North Carolina started building plank roads in the late 1840's. These roads were easier to maintain and easier to drive on. Before the plank roads were built, the roads had long muddy roads and large holes and ruts that drivers had to navigate through.

The crews could only lay an estimated 40 miles of plank roads per year and this did cause issues. North Carolina had the largest plank road with a total of 500 miles built. The rods failed after a few years because it took so long to build.

Citizens were then using the railroad system since it was faster than traveling by horse and buggy. The people also did not like having to stop at the toll booth that had been set up on the road. The money collected at the toll booth was used to pay for maintenance of the plank road.
