Many of the germs that cause respiratory (breathing) diseases are spread by droplets that come from coughing and sneezing. These germs usually spread from person to person when uninfected persons are in close contact with a sick person. Some people may become infected by touching something with these germs on it and then touching their mouth or nose.

Cells are what keep you going and they are very important for our health and our immune system. the ones that help your immune system are called white blood cells, they fight off germs and sickness and it is a good and bad sign if you have alot of white blood cells
In a larger city you have the risk of being in danger more than in a small town because it more busy and has alot more going on which makes it harder to be physical active without getting hit by a car or someone walk or riding a bike.
