1. Strategic Thinking - Strategic thinking is an important skill that leaders should have in them. Thinking stretegically results in better growth of leader and also his. This also helps in achieving the set goal. I have been using strategic planning to prepare well for my exams. This does not make me nervous at the time of exam and also I am able to complete my syllabus in time and do sufficient revision works.

2. Team building - It is not possible to do all our works individually. We need help or other inputs from people around us to get work done properly and completely on time. One should assure that he is having a good team members as we are only as good as others in our team. If the members in a team are strong and skilled enough then the output will also be good. We need a team work while playing football and I make sure that all my team members are motivated. They all get fare chance to show their talent and also I make sure that they are allowed to play their best part in the game.

3. Mentorship Programs - A mentor helps to get things done

properly and also helps to gain some knowledge and skills. A good mentor identifies our strength and grooms it, while also working on the weaker part. A good mentor increases problem solving skill thus, increasing the performance in job. I have been working as a mentor for my juniors. I have helped them to get a better understanding of their subjects and also helped them to solve problems.
