Sam pleaded not guilty to a serious charge. The court system was back up so he spent two years in custody (jail) awaiting his trial.
What are some views or perspectives people might have on this problem??

1. he is being held even if hes not guilty.

2. the court system should address the more serious charges first.

3. he should not be held in jail where he is more likely to do something illegal. atleast keep in a holding cell.
