The relation between me and the bacteria in my gut is mutualism
Mutualism is a type of species interaction in which both the species are benefitted from each other,no harm is caused to any of the species
This type of interaction comes under positive biotic interaction
In case of bacteria and human gut,human body provides protection,shelter and nutrients to the bacteria and in return bacteria helps to digest food and is necessary to synthesize Vitamin K
