Answer:

Explanation:

Well, I can only think of one example and that would be certain medications. Usually medications are tested in mice (it diverted a few years earlier, but still share over 90% of genetic similarity). You have to follow the scientific method to test the effectiveness of such to treat and/or prevent certain disorders. Faulty or incomplete testing is highly unlikely, for the scietific community today is very thorough during the experimentation process; however, there has been certain medications that have resulted in severe secondary or side effects. For example steroids.. Steroids are helpful in the treatment of allergic reactions or other autoimmune diseases; however, it has been shown (in horses as well as in humans) that it reduces fertility by lowering testosterone concentrations in the blood plasma and it slows down its production. Low testosterone results in decreased counts of sperm and abnormal morphology of the cells. Other problems include liver problems and hypercholesterolemia.

Hope this helps

arsen [322]
Slow chemical change

It is a chemical change because the erosion is due to the chemical reaction between the acid and the in the rain and the calcium carbonate.

It is slow due to the concentration of acid is low.

Whay happens regularly in fission reaction
lorasvet [3.4K]

Answer:

In nuclear fission, an unstable atom splits into two or more smaller pieces that are more stable, and releases energy in the process. The fission process also releases extra neutrons, which can then split additional atoms, resulting in a chain reaction that releases a lot of energy.

Which of the following subshells can have a maximum of 2 electrons?
p
s
d
f
Alja [10]
It is the s-orbital because the order of electrons is s-block, p-block, d-block, and f-block. The p, d, and I think f as well (not 100% about f though) can each hold 8 more valence electrons in their shells.
