Answer:

Imperialism is when a nation has the desire to expand their economy, wealth, power, land, resources etc. by exerting control over other territories and people. An example of why it goes against nationalism would be Canada. If Canada were to go to war for imperialism and use the conscription law, it would go against its civic nationalism where many Canadians root for the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Explanation:

Goes against other types of nationalism such as cultural nationalism as well.

Answer:

The Dred Scott case, also known as Dred Scott v. Sanford, was a decade-long fight for freedom by a black slave named Dred Scott. English common law developed from?
ivanzaharov [21]
The English common law originated in the early Middle Ages in the King’s Court (Curia Regis), a single royal court set up for most of the country at Westminster, near London. Like many other early legal systems, it did not originally consist of substantive rights but rather of procedural remedies. The working out of these remedies has, over time, produced the modern system in which rights are seen as primary over procedure. Until the late 19th century, English common law continued to be developed primarily by judges rather than legislators.
