The difference between Royal leader and president is that if the president does something and the country does not like what he have done then people can easily take him off from his position but for royal leader if he dies something wrong and the people doesn't like it then they will just not like it because the leader cannot come from his position but people will start throwing riots and hating on the leader.
The gave rights to impeach because since the US is civlized they think that whatever the US president does is very uncivilized.
