Investigating the reasons Slavery was canceled. In 1807, British Parliament abrogated the purchasing and offering of slaves. Shockingly, until 1833-when all parts of subjugation were abrogated you were still permitted to claim a slave. This sickened people in general thus they made a stop to bondage.
One of the best songs of the sixties that I have heard was “The
Times They Are A Changing” by Bob Dylan.
Clearly this song reflects the growing change in attitude among the
young during the sixties as if they were now showing their breaking away from
the ideals and beliefs of their parents.
How they were now asserting their views for it was their time and they
showed during that period in history.
The worship of one god first emerge first of all in the Israelites. They believed in only one god who, in their belief, had made an arragement with them, so if they had followed him, he would gave them their liberty and freedom over other nation. From this religion, Catholic and Islam religion also would be born centuries later.
