How do you think sub-atomic particles (protons, neutrons, and electrons) affect the atom and its behavior?
Blizzard [7]
Protons and Neutrons affect the mass. Protons and Electrons change the charge of the atom (positively or negatively charged). Valence electrons are the ones that do fun stuff in chemical reactions, they are responsible for making/breaking bonds, at least to my understanding.

Hope this helps.

wlad13 [49]

Answer:

Replication - Transcription - Translation

Explanation:

Replication duplicates the DNA so that happens first. Then in transcription converts the DNA to mRNA which goes to the cytoplasm to make proteins. In translation proteins are made when codons and anti codons join to make amino acids which create the proteins.

Which example shows an organism maintaining homeostasis?
Naddik [55]
The example that shows an organism maintaining homeostasis is b. a person sweating on a hot day. Homeostasis is an organism's ability to maintain a stable internal environment irrespective of the external environment. When a person's body overheats, the body releases water as perspiration or sweat to cool itself down. Another example is when a person gets cold, the hair on his arms and legs, stand up straight - to trap air circulating round his body, and heat it up.
