Answer:

I think it is   20.75°

Step-by-step explanation:

An interesting problem!

the m arcVYX = 282°         so the m arcVYXV must equal 360°

so the m arcVX must equal 360 - 282  = 78°

I beleive m angle UVX - m arcVX = 78°

78 = 4x - 5

83 = 4x

20.75° = x

I don't like this answer.  I would normally exspect whole numbers for most algebra problems

A triangular Pyramid has a base of 10 square feet and a height of 30 feet. What is the volume of the pyramid?
kondor19780726 [428]

Answer: volume of pyramid is

100 ft.3

Step-by-step explanation:

The formula for determining the volume of triangular Pyramid is expressed as

Volume = 1/3AH

Where

A represents the area of the triangular base of the pyramid

H represents the height of the pyramid.

The triangular Pyramid has a base of 10 square feet and a height of 30 feet. Therefore,

Volume = 1/3 × 10 × 30 = 100 cubic feet

4. Which of the following expressions represents the perimeter of the figure below?
Alexxx [7]
<h2>Explanation:</h2><h2 />

Hello! Remember you have to write complete questions in order to get good and exact answers. Here I'll help you assuming some things. First of all, for a two dimensional shape, the perimeter is defined as the distance around it. Suppose we have a rectangle whose dimensions are:

l=4x+9 \\ \\ w=2x-19 \\ \\ \\ l:Length \\ \\ w:Width \\ \\ \\ \text{So the perimeter is:} \\ \\ P=2l+2w \\ \\ P=2(4x+9)+2(x-19) \\ \\ P=8x+18+2x-38 \\ \\ P=(8x+2x)+(18-38) \\ \\ \boxed{P=10x-20}

So in this context:

Correct option is D. 10x - 20

3/8 to 7/8 find the percent of change and is it decrease or increase
mote1985 [20]

Answer:133.33%

Step-by-step explanation:

For given change in fractions from \frac{3}{8} to \frac{7}{8}

The initial fraction=\frac{3}{8}

New fraction= \frac{7}{8}

Change in fractions= New fraction-Initial fraction

=\frac{7}{8}-\frac{3}{8}\\\\=\frac{7-3}{8}\\\\=\frac{4}{8}\\=\frac{1}{2}

As change in fraction is positive thus it is an increase.

\text{Percent of increase=}\frac{\text{increase in fraction}}{\text{initial fraction}}\times100\\\\=\frac{\frac{1}{2}}{\frac{3}{8}}\times100\\\\=\frac{1}{2}\times\frac{8}{3}\times100\\\\=\frac{400}{3}=133.33\%
