Why do conflict arise in human societies long answer
katovenus [111]

Answer:

Generally, conflicts arise from mismatches between power, organizational demands and feelings of personal worth..

Human relations view of conflict means to accept that conflict is a important aspect of any organization. Rather than seeing it as a negative or a necessity it needs to be managed. If all of that is right. Then an example would be; If one person agues that Alternating current electricity is better than direct current electricity and the other says the opposite. The outcome now is that it is more beneficial we use both in everyday life. A/C is a safer and simplistic use of electricity for power converters while d/c is needed to supply a constant frequency current to LED lighting. Without both sides advancing we wouldn’t be able to keep progressing. or maybe that is a bad example… Maybe you start a business and you feel quality is a better formula than quantity. But you have such a high demand for your product your cheaper opponents outsell you. So now you decide to make a part of the product with a cheaper material. Thus still being superior product yet the quality has decreased. But now you have achieved a higher goal than you would have otherwise. I think conflict helps a company grow but if it leans too far one way outcome will become someone else’s achievement. If you cut out all conflict you may never be able to adapt to succeed..

goblinko [34]

Answer:

A. The presence or absence of vodka in the orange juice

Explanation:

This test is been called the memory test in which it would be grouped in different groups and can take a little time which starts from five minutes till as much as it can last. Here, some skills like memory are the first to go when we're tired. This test assesses your ability to remember how long ago something happened to your memory. If you're tired you won't be as good at remembering when you saw or did something. This is a timed memory test designed to test your ability to quickly store and recall small items of everyday information. It's not easy and very few people have a memory agile enough to score over 80%. The memory test will take under five minutes.

Which type of graph would you use to graph class data for eye color?
nasty-shy [4]

Answer:

I think a bar graph would be pretty effective.

Explanation:

On the x axis you have eye colors such as green, brown, hazel, blue etc.

On the y axis you have integers going up to show how many people have that eye color.

You could argue a bar graph isn't perfect because of the range of colors eyes can be but I think it's best.
