If you are struggling in life please go seek medical help IRL, online will not do much help for you especially relying on others. I believe you can get through the tough times and get the help you need, I hope if you can talk to somebody who can help you with the things you are struggling with can also help you on your confidence. I bet you look perfectly fine, please try to ignore the thoughts in your mind telling you that you look bad. I do not know what you look like, sure enough, but I do not think you look bad.
