In conclusion, my mother leads my family by always putting others’ needs before her own.  Her constant patience is a virtue that a great leader must possess, which my mother demonstrates when dealing with problems my family battles.  No doubt, empathy is another characteristic my mother applies whenever someone is experiencing a difficult time.  A powerfulleader surely needs to be companionate with others to gain appreciation.  Moreover, my mother’s devotion to charity organizations truly resembles her strong desire to help those who are less fortunate. To be a successful leader, one must show concern for others to gain respect, as well as set an example for others.  Furthermore, my mother’s unwavering family and work ethic demonstrates how she can maintain balance in her life.  A strong leader must provide hard work, due to all of the ongoing events life can bring. Overall, my mother is one of the most kind hearted people I have ever met, and her leadership skills, inspire me towards greatness every day.
