To be a successful leader, one must show concern for others to gain respect, as well as set an example for others.  Furthermore, my mother’s unwavering family and work ethic demonstrates how she can maintain balance in her life.  A strong leader must provide hard work, due to all of the ongoing events life can bring. Overall, my mother is one of the most kind hearted people I have ever met, and her leadership skills, inspire me towards greatness every day.
