Below is how i did it.

Explanation:

My service dogs kinda helped make where i did get up and go outside. so that kind of helped keep me healthy. I couldn't go into public really because i am considerd "high risk", because i had gotten out of the hospital a few days before it started, so they were not going 3-4 places a day with me. Instead, we had to go for hour-long walks and wear them out some other way. That and i helped my friend Austen do a lot of landscape work and just found things to do really.
