Explanation:

When you are brief and to the point people listen to you because it is not as long. When answers get long people don't listen to you anymore and start to tune you out.

Don't act like you know all of the answers, because if you get something big wrong, then you don't look so good. So when you don't know the answer it is a very good idea to point out a source where they can go to find the answer to their question.

Yes! Absolutely do this when doing a presentation, interview, etc. Always be prepared, even overly prepared it a good thing!
