3.375 would be the answer, exponents with decimals is the same as regular exponents, just multiple the base number times the exponent you are working with

Well, to know right away whether or not a number is equal to 1, you need to know what 1 is in scientific notation. 1 * 10^0. Easy enough :) To know if the number is greater than one, any positive number multiplied by 10^a number higher than 0 is greater than one. As well as any number greater than one multiplied by 10^0 or a positive number. For numbers less than one, the way to know is if the number is being multiplied by 10 ^ a negative number.
