We can use the formula of pi d or 2 pi r for the circumference.

You would get 5 pi.

But since its not a full circle you would divide it in half and get 2.5 pi.

2.5 pi is equal to 7.85.

Now we can use the equation 7.85 + 7 + 7 + 5

That would equal our answer... 26.85!
