I have put my answer in slope-intercept form as that is usually the most common. Inputing the slope as "m" into the equation "y=mx+b" and substituting the x and y coordinates given to find b gives the equation "2=(1/4)(-4)+b" By solving this we get "b=3" to finish the equation.
