Answer:

I don't care if you give me brainiest or not, but I hope it helps :p

Explanation:

Volunteering is a great act of kindness. It involves caring, loving, and sharing of our time, our heart, and our soul. I believe volunteering makes a person feel empowered because we made someone else 's life better or we helped our community in some way. Volunteering also shows that we are generous, compassionate, and good-hearted because we are kind enough to give up a few hours of our time and put it into the community. It is a way of helping others without expecting anything in return. I believe that everyone should give back to their community because volunteering not only makes us feel better as a person but it also helps the people who really need it. It gives me a sense of self-worth, like what I did actually matters, and it does.

Volunteering is important for numerous of reasons. It helps benefit the community and the people who helps volunteer.
Someone who chooses to donate their time to the community is amazing. Volunteering is something that helps to keep community’s safe, together & comfortable. In your community you should be able to feel safe and comfortable. With volunteering to help clean up, repaint buildings, go visit the nursing homes, etc. it should make the community a much better place.

Sort each action into the correct column to indicate whether it demonstrates a characteristic of a Greek hero. battles an antago
My name is Ann [436]

Answer:

  • These are characteristics of a Greek hero: battles an antagonist, goes on a journey, has no fault, has supernatural gifts, is a skilled fighter.
  • They are not characteristic of a Greek hero: fights with a team.

Explanation:

Greek heroes were, for the most part, demigods, which allowed them to have supernatural abilities from their semi-divine nature, they were portrayed as skilled, brave, honorable, strong and without any kind of defects. They were so self-sufficient that they were able to resolve their battles and struggles without the need for a team to help them, moreover, they often went into great horns to achieve their goals.

An example of this is Theseus, who possessed a superhuman strength and was able to go on a journey with the aim of killing a minotaur who brought much suffering to people.
