Try expanding out all of them:

8(3 + 64)
==> 24 + 512

8(16 + 56)
==> 128 + 448

8(3 + 8)
==> 24 + 64

8(16 + 64)
==> 128 + 512.

As you can see option C, 8(3 + 8) is equal to 24 + 64.
