g(8) = 41/8

f/g(8) = -13/1 / 41/8 = -(13×8) / (41×1) = -104 / 41

f/g(x) = (3-2x) / (1/x + 5) = (3-2x)/1 / ((1+5x)/x) =

= x×(3-2x) / (1+5x) = (3x - 2x²) / (1 + 5x)

for x=8 this gives the same result.
