Answer:

A normal adult pulse will beat regularly between 60 and 100 times each minute at rest; in babies and children they are much faster. Pulses are usually easily palpable; patients with a weak or unstable pulse should be assessed further; weak pulses indicate reduced cardiac output and can progress to deterioration, for example fainting, or perhaps a more serious problem. Ensure the patient is relaxed and the relative position of the chosen site is equal to, or lower than, the level of the heart

kompoz [17]

Answer   Either B or C

Explanation:

The term “tort” refers to a violation in which one person causes damage, injury, or harm to another person. Such violation could occur due to intentional actions, a breach of duty as in negligence, or a violation of certain statutes.

I do not think option A and D are not correct.

The elements of negligence are duty of care; breach of that duty of care; causation, i.e. a causal link between the individual’s injury or property damage; and actual damage either to a person or to property.

With this definition, i believe the best choices would be Option B or C.

I am not that sure which one is correct, they both can be seen as a tort.

I hoped this helped narrow it down, i am so sorry i can;t give a clear answer!

Let me know which one it was!

Explanation:

"Finding Out How The Social World Works" is an excerpt from the book that was written by Michael Schwalbe in 1998 called "The Sociologically Examined Life: Pieces of the Conversation". On page 35, after the title: "The Kinds of Questions we Can Ask", Schwalbe himself explains about what an empirical question would be and how through it knowledge can be obtained. But he also makes emphasis on how these questions can be properly phrased so that they do lead to propet knowledge acquisition and he explains that empirical questions feed from measuring, counting and observation as well. This is why the answer is the last one.
