Yes the fair labor standards act is still around today. The reason for this is  that there are many different provisions  that or helpful and generally positive, some of which are, a federal minimum wage, equal pay, and the prohibition of child labor. Another reason it i also around today is that it provides protections for workers from their employer and to give employees rights.
