Answer:

D). These various settings show Scrooge that regardless of wealth or comfort, the people celebrate and enjoy themselves amongst those they love .

Explanation:

The text titled 'A Christmas Carol' authored by Charles Dickens talks about Scrooge who is the central character. He advances from a miser to becoming a gentle and benign human. This transformation takes place due to the event that takes place in the text when a ghost visits him. The ghost elaborates the consequence of pursuing selfishness and greed may affect his afterlife. He taught Scrooge how he could improve his behavior. Scrooge realizes his mistake and attempts to improvise his behavior and thus, he becomes more tender, kind-hearted, and gentle and hence, he shares love on Christmas.

What about dormant and recessive synonyms or antonyms or neither
vekshin1
Neither. Dormant and recessive are not synonyms because their definitions are not similar, nor are they antonyms because they aren't opposites, either. Dormant means to sleep. Recessive refers to a trait that is usually masked by a dominant trait.
Hope that answered your question.
