They think they are rescuing the nation from the threat of dangerous ideology is like Islamism, socialism and communism. Military regimes portray themselves as non-partisan. The party provide leadership in times of turmoil. They portray politicians as corrupt and ineffective. They instituted martial law that is the permanent emergency.
