What two specific things were being fought over in the 3/5 compromise that would be based on population

Social Studies

The argument was about whether slaves would count as part of the population. The population affected how many seats the states got in the house. Southern states wanted them to count (more slaves were owned here) and Northern states did not want them to count (lesser slaves were owned here). Eventually they decided to count each slave as 3/5th of a citizen.

btw i might have mixed the north and south up so make sure you double check that online lol

Karolina [17]

Answer:

b.recite

Explanation:

Jamal is in the recite strategy as defined in the SQ3R method. The SQ3R is a reading comprehension method that helps us understand, the most information as possible, from textbooks.  The first strategy is survey, which tells us to do as much research as it could be done; for the subject in matter (this will help us have a heads up with the information we are going to deal with). The second strategy is question, which tells us to ask as much questions as possible; about the subject (the more responds to the questions you have, the clearer your brain becomes). The third strategy is read, which tells us to read it as slowly as possible; to really understand what the texts are telling us and look for the answers to the questions you asked yourself before. The fourth one is recite, which tells us to make writing tools such as mental and conceptual maps or outlines that helps us filter the information to the one that we really need and it will help us to understand it better.

If COURSE is coaded as FRXUVH, how is RACE coaded in that code ?
loris [4]

Answer: I didnt find this answer i got it off quora from peter anderson just fyi

Explanation:

Here’s a step-by-step:

Convert the letters to numbers like so:

C = 3 , O = 15, U = 21, R = 18, S = 19, E = 5

F = 6, R = 18, X = 24, U = 21, V = 22, H = 8

Subtract them:

(answer: 3 3 3 3 3)

As you can see, every letter is coded +3 letters, so ‘RACE’ would be:

R = 18 + 3 = 21 = U

A = 1 + 3 = 4 =D

C = 3 + 3 = 6 = F

E = 5 + 3 = 8 = H

kogti [31]

In a best effort underwriting, the issuer agrees to pay a stated amount of its securities to the underwriter  or the agent for the issuer and the public and also ensures to find the best investor. The issuer on the other promises to pay underwriter a certain amount as fee for providing help in this matter.
