Calculation of balance in cash account after posting the given transactions;

Cash account normal (Debit) balance $48,000

Add: Cash received from Customers $22,000

Less: Cash Paid for Expenses incurred $8,000

Cash Balance = (48000+22000-8000) = $62,000

(Note: Expenses on account $6,000 shall not affect the cash balance as there is no cash transaction)

Hence the balance in cash account after posting the given transactions shall be <u>$62,000</u>

The most recent financial statements for Xporter, Inc., are shown here:
Diano4ka-milaya [45]

Solution :

Expected sales = current sales x (1 + projected sale next year increase)

                         = 5,700 x (1 + 15%)

                         = $ 6555

Expected cost = current cost x (1 + projected sale next year increase)

                       = 4200 x (1 + 15%)

                       = $ 4830

Taxable income = 1500 x ( 1 + 15%)

                           = $ 1725

Taxes (34%)  = 510 x (1+15%)

                     = $ 586.5

Net income = sales - cost - taxes

                   = 6555 - 4830 - 586.5

                   = $ 1138.5

Calculation of total asset :

Current asset = 3,900 x 1.15

                      = $ 4485

Fixed asset   = 8100 x 1.15

                      = $ 9315

Total asset = 4485 + 9315

                  = $ 13800

Calculation of total liabilities

Current liabilities = 2200 x 1.15

                            = $ 2530

Long term debt = $ 3,750

Equity = $ 6050 + (1138.5 x 0.50 )

          = $ 7189

Total liabilities  = $ 2530 + $ 3,750 + $ 7189

                          = $ 13, 469

Therefore the external financial needed is = $ 13800 - $ 13, 469

                                                                       = $ 331

The answer is exclusive distribution. This is exclusive when just certain retailers are given the alternative of conveying an item in its store. In this way, it is an understanding between a provider and a retailer giving the retailer elite rights inside a particular land region to convey the provider's item.

Volgvan

Answer:

Building = $1,340,000

Land = $1,675,000

Furniture and fixtures = $335,000

Explanation:

This is an example of Basket Asset Purchase whereby a number of assets purchased as one package.

Initial value of each asset is are determined by the Basket Asset Purchase  based on their relative fair market value as follows:

Building = $3,350,000 × [$2,560,000 ÷ ($2,560,000 + $3,200,000 + $640,000)] = $3,350,000 × 0.4 = $1,340,000

Land = $3,350,000 × [$3,200,000 ÷ ($2,560,000 + $3,200,000 + $640,000)] = $3,350,000 × 0.5 = $1,675,000

Furniture and fixtures = $3,350,000 × [$640,000 ÷ ($2,560,000 + $3,200,000 + $640,000)] = $3,350,000 × 0.1 = $335,000

Therefore, the initial values of the building, land, and furniture and fixtures would be $1,340,000, $1,675,000, and $335,000 respectively.
